About Me

CTO with 25 years in IT (since 2001), specializing in building IT departments from scratch, scaling High-Load systems, and optimizing infrastructure costs. Maintained SLA >99% while load increased by 1.9x. Reduced infrastructure costs by 50% through Kubernetes migration and code optimization.

Familiar with HighLoad firsthand. Provided a peak load of 120,000 RPS for an audience of more than 4.5 million users.

Expert in turning chaos into a predictable process. Main competency is building high-load systems with a predictable budget. I know how to find a balance between "perfect architecture" and the "need to launch a product quickly." Effectively managing distributed teams.

I don't just manage — I build: I single-handedly designed and developed the OneTrace.pro customer data platform and the open-source Kubernetes client Sextant. Extensive hands-on experience with both local and cloud AI — from integrating LLMs into products to AI-assisted development.

OneTrace.pro

Customer data platform (CDP) with built-in marketing automation

The entire system was written by me alone. OneTrace collects events from websites, apps and backends, merges them into a single customer profile, keeps segments and ML predictions up to date, and sends the right message to the right channel on its own. It replaces a stack of CDP, email service, recommendations, site search and analytics from different vendors — and can run under the client's brand.
